Pros- Free Food and alcohol. Big parties. Nice clean modern office. Lots of resources. Laid back starting time in the morning.The management team was incredible and the culture was tremendous. Great staff, great culture. Very supportive and encouraging work team. Management is very accessible with the CEO coming to chat weekly.

The culture is wonderful, very friendly environment, open and non hierarchical. There are so many talented and innovative people that you get to spend time with everyday. Cons- Don't really have any cons and if I had the chance will want to go back there. Does not care about the partner restaurants. Lack of support for regions outside of Toronto. Expecting crazy hours from reps. Need to get more solutions for the reps to sell. less payment for the hours worked

Just eat disgraceful customer service: One user experience “Tried ordering through just eat website for them to reject my card but still took the funds anyhow. I tried speaking to someone(Just eat customer service) via their online chat for them to say I hadn’t even ordered, then to offer me a voucher not send it and left the chat on me twice. I also emailed just eat to complain for them to say its the banks fault and to contact just eat if the bank cannot fix the problem. It was not the banks fault so I emailed them(just eat) back but no response. They have taken my money with no consideration to fix their error. I will not be using this service again they are only out for your money. Very poor customer service”
