Indian masala powder recipe
Dhaniya - 50 gm
Jeera - 50 gm
Kali Mirch - 15 gm
Red mirch - 4 nos
Ajwain - 15 gm
Amchoor powder -1 tbsp
Sonth powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 80 gm( or as required)

Tatri - 10 gm
Method -
Take pan, dry roast the all masalas for 2 minutes on low Flame. Allow it to be cool. Grind the masalas into a fine powder, now add all powder masalas in it and again grind for 2 minutes so that they all mix together and creates magical effect for your taste buds. Keep it in a dry and airtight container at cool and dry place. Thant's it tasty Chat masala powder recipe ready.
